About biscuit

Biscuit is a  among dry or crispy cookies with low moisture.

Its main ingredients are:

Water, flour, oil and sugar.

The low sugar biscuit is called Cracker.

Usually a little salt is added to this product.

To prepare cracker paste, ferment, permissible chemical materials or both  are used.

Biscuit is divided into four types:  dry, soft, semi-dry and cracker.
