About Salted stick

Salted stick is among flour-base products as they  are produced  oven-baked, and its ingriedients are  similar to cracker. This fermentation causes improvement of the paste, flavor and volume of product. The salted stick of the company is produced in three types: plain, with nuts and formed. In all three models first the paste is made; however, in the plain model, after passing a certain time for fermentation the paste is fed into a machine named Extruder and leaves the machine by pressure in tape-shape.

In the nut-stoned type, the nuts are processed in another machine and are fed to the  system  as a homogenous paste  and is then directed  into baking oven.

In the formed type; too, paste passes under a roller after thickness lowering and enters  then into the oven in different forms.

Among the advantages of this production line one may note indirect heat treatment in cooking salted stick.
