Pars Minoo Research and development department using its expertise, skills and experience in order to go along with new advances and changes in the food industry. Research is a part of the technology development and criteria of technology evaluation are needs and priorities of the consumer. Nowadays, in industries research has done due to innovation and economic benefits. As a result of the variety of activities in this department, different specialized research teams have been sat up. Formulation of new products, modification of current product formulations, perfection of production processes, conducting development activities, cooperation with foreign companies, pilot tests and etc, are some of R&D's activities.

There is no doubt about the importance of research which could carry dynamics for a production unit. Cooperation with universities, research institutions, journals and scientific publications, participation in conferences and specialized seminars has been always considered by R&D department.

• Cooperation with the Food Industry Experts Association;

• Editorial Board of the Research and Development Journal of the Ministry of Industries and Mines;

According to the above activities, Pars Minoo R&D department has always been among the most successful R&D's departments in Iran. Obtained Shahab (Dr. Shahab Vaezadeh) Award is an example of Pars Minoo R&D achievement.
