About Wafer

A small confectionery product with numerous thin, brittle, flat and dry layers of patterned bread, with interlayer of flavored oily cream or of caramel between the layers of bread, available in various shapes, including rectangular, quadrangular, circular, spherical, and so on. Varieties of edible kernels may be used as ingredient of cream. There are usually 3-4 layers of bread, and 2-3 layers of cream. Wafer varieties include simple wafer, chocolate coated wafer, and wafer with caramel layer, which are produced  in different shapes and are introduced to the market.

The varieties of Minoo wafer including orange and banana flavored wafers, Rangarang caramel wafer and Papillon wafer with chocolate coating are produced in conformity with national and international standards.
